 We understand the intricacies and benefits of each ingredient we put into eb5. From the wrinkle-fighting properties of Vitamin A and lactic acid to the proven protection of Vitamin E, each ingredient works together to deliver the best anti-aging skincare solution. These blends provide your skin with the proper nutrients to fight wrinkles, fade brown spots, smooth rough patches, hydrate, plump, and more!

 

5 Key Ingredients

The following five ingredients appear in our flagship eb5 Intense Moisture Anti-aging cream. All five work together to deliver nourishing anti-aging results to mature and aging skin. 
 
Oat Kernel
moisturizing, soothing and nourishing
Allantoin (from Comfrey root)
reduces redness and inflammation, promotes rapid skin cell turnover
Vitamin A
proven effective wrinkle fighter; blurs wrinkles, fades dark spots, smoothes skin
Vitamin B5
moisturizes skin, improves elasticity and texture of skin 
Vitamin E
antioxidant and ingredient that fights free radical damage to skin

 

AHA (Lactic Acid)

Lactic Acid is a natural acid derived from milk, fruit, vegetables and other plants. It is gentle, non-irritating, hydrating and increases natural barrier lipids on the outer layer of skin. It also works to lighten and brighten discolored skin.

 

Algae extract

Algae extract nourishes the skin with naturally occurring vitamins and minerals that protect the skin from antioxidant stress. It also provides hydration and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. 

 

Argan Oil (Argania spinosa L.)

Argan Oil comes from the Argan Tree and is super concentrated with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, carotenes, phenolic acid, squalene and phenols. It’s composed of oleic and linoleic fatty acids that contribute to healing and moisturizing.


Birch Extract (Betula Alba Bark Extract)

Extracted from the bark of the Birch tree, Birch Extract possesses soothing, anti-inflammatory,  healing and cleansing properties and often functions as an astringent.


Comfrey Root (Symphytum)

The root of the Comfrey plant contains allantoin and rosmarinic acid which boosts the growth of new skin cells and works to relieve redness and inflammation in the skin, as well.


Cucumber Extract (Cucumis sativus)

Cucumber extract is a plant extract with Vitamin C, antioxidants, fatty acids, mineral silica and other trace minerals. The antioxidants in cucumber extract make it effective in treating the signs of aging.


Elderflower Extract (Sambuscus)

The extract from the elderflower plant has anti-inflammatory properties and is rich in vitamins, quercetin and flavonoids, and when used in skincare, can firm the skin, smooth complexions, and even skin tone.


Glycerin

Glycerin is a colorless liquid found in fats, both animal and plants, and can even be created synthetically. It’s a humectant — it attracts moisture to the upper layer of the skin, providing skin with moisture and creating a barrier to protect it from the elements.


Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis)

The extract from the leaves of the green tea plant contains a wealth of antioxidants that help to reduce loss of skin elasticity, inflammation, and signs of aging. It decreases wrinkles and promotes the health of collagen which leads to firmer and more elastic skin.

 

Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate

Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate is a brightening ingredient and Vitamin C derivative. Like Vitamin C, it boosts skin's collagen, repairs damaged skin, brightens complexions and is an effective antioxidant for the skin. 

 

Matrixyl Synthe'6

Matrixyl Synthe'6 is a powerful anti-aging ingredient that smoothes the appearance of wrinkles and promotes the production of collagen, one of the main structural proteins in the body, and one of the most important for maintaining tight, smooth skin. 

 

Oat Kernel (Avena Sativa)

The extract from oat kernel is derived from the oat plant that is rich in Vitamin D and Vitamin B. The extract is often used in skincare for its anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and soothing properties.


Orange and Lemon Extracts

The extracts from the citrus fruits are full of Vitamin C, which help destroy free radicals and allow skin be be healthier, brighter and glowing.


Pro-Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)

Pro-Vitamin B5 is a member of the B-complex vitamin family and is known for its ability to moisturize, soothe, regenerate and heal the skin. It’s also notably a humectant, meaning it’s a water-binding substance that attracts and retains water.


REGU-AGE

REGU-AGE is paraben-free complex of purified rice and soy peptides that strengthens and protects the delicate skin around the eyes. It helps to reduce dark circles, eye puffiness and helps treat crow’s feet.  


Sage Extract (Ursolic Acids)

Sage extract comes from Sage leaves and is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound that possesses anti-inflammatory properties and antimicrobial properties. The antioxidants present in sage help reverse wrinkles and other signs of aging.


Sesame Protein (Sesamum indicum)

Sesame protein is extracted after it is hydrolyzed with natural acid to breakdown water and sesame protein molecules. The skin tightening properties of sesame protein are known to leave skin feeling smoother and more firm almost instantly after using.

 

Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate

Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is a form of vitamin C that functions like an antioxidant and helps to brighten, even and firm the skin.


Soybean protein (Hydrolyzed Glycine Soja Protein)

Derived from the soybean, soybean protein is an effective ingredient in improving the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and other signs of aging. It’s rich in Vitamin E, essential fatty acids and lecithin.


Stevia Plant (Stevia rebaudiana)

The Stevia Plant is a small, leafy herb of South American heritage. When used in skincare, Stevia tightens the skin and considerably reduces wrinkles and other signs of aging.


Sugar Maple Extract

Derived from the Sugar Maple Tree, Sugar Maple extract acts as a natural alpha hydroxy acid that is used to repair cell damage caused by free radicals.


Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis)

Extracted from edible almonds, Sweet Almond Oil is a mild, hypoallergenic oil that contains Vitamin E, a potent antioxidant known for treating the signs of aging. The oil can help repair damage done to skin’s natural collagen.

 

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is a more lipid soluble form of vitamin C, meaning it can better penetrate the skin and deliver maximum brightening and skin toning benefits. 


Vitamin A

Vitamin A is a group of compounds that include its active forms such as retinol, retinal, and retinoic acid. Applied topically, Vitamin A is shown to reduce wrinkles, combat other signs of aging skin, improve collagen production and smooth skin.

Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5 is a regenerative ingredient that locks in skin's moisture and improves texture and elasticity as it smoothes, softens and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Vitamin C is known for its antioxidant properties which promotes firmer, brighter, even-toned skin. It possesses powerful anti-aging benefits and also helps defend against external stressors and harmful elements.


Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a skin nutrient and antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals, and protects against environmental exposures like pollution and damaging UV rays. Used topically, Vitamin E helps prevent wrinkles, and treats existing wrinkles by encouraging collagen production and new cell growth.
