Meet eb5: Laura

Today I would like to introduce you to Laura, one of our Customer Service Representatives. If you call us here at the corporate office to order your eb5 cream, it is very likely that Laura is the one who would help you!

Jules: What is your role here at eb5 and what do you like about what you do?

Laura: My job is as Customer Service Representative. Some of the things I like the most is that I really connect to our customers calling in.  After every call I’m saying something like “Oh, I really liked her!” or “ Just made a new skin care BFF!”. EB5 really allows me to make that personal connection with callers and we don’t have that cold call center vibe. It’s warm and friendly here!

Jules: Which is your favorite EB5 product and why?

Laura: My favorite product with EB5 is a tie between the Vitamin C serum and the cleanser. I suffer from adult acne. In addition to the 3% vitamin C, the serum also has tea tree oil in it (which promotes healing and works great for my acne). Now the cleanser has lactic acid in it which is great for diminishing fine lines…but also is the key ingredient in most acne washes. It’s really been amazing and I actually have my teenager at home using it for that reason as well.  

Jules: What makes you happiest in life?

Laura: I’m one of those crazy Dog Mama’s. I have a rescue mutt who is the highlight of my day and brings me happiness. Who rescued who? I think he might have saved me!

Jules: What advice would you give if you could talk to yourself 20 years ago?

Laura: Don’t ignore your health thinking you’ll have plenty of time to fix a condition or it won’t matter until I’m old. Because you don’t have plenty of time and it WILL matter now and later!

Laura: my beauty secret is: pet lots of puppies!
